Show them how fun it is to eat foods that are nutritious

Show your kids that you are also eating the food that is being served to them. Provoke the excitement in them that will surely make them eat the food that you are eating, and always keep in mind that being a parent requires you to teach your child and be a very good role model to them.

Keep healthy foods visible for your kids

Basically, your kids will eat the food that is available in your house. If you have then stored a lot of junk foods and unhealthy foods in your refrigerator and in the kitchen, then your kids will learn eating them in no time. That is why you need to store foods that are nutritious and rich in vitamins so as your kids grow they will learn eating them.

Use your imagination and creativity

Toddlers are at the stage in their lives when they are trying to be independent and make decisions of their own and learning the food that they should eat is not an exemption to all these. You should respect the fact that you kid is at a picky eating stage that is a phase in his or her life that he or she will eventually outgrow instead of forcing them to eat the food that you wanted them to eat.
